How to use
this website:
1. You can scroll through
the categories on the left
side of the screen and
decide what you would like
to buy by adding it to your
cart "Add to Cart".
2. Then you can go to the
ShoppingCart icon in the
right top corner and view
your shopping list.
3. Ones you are happy with
your choice chick on
"Checkout Now".
4. Now you would have to
fill in your personal
details and delivery details
so we can send you a Quote
or Performa Invoice for
payment. Click Submit Order
when done.
5. One of Orion Computers CC
staff will e-mail/contact
you soon afterwards with
stock availability and to
arrange delivery. Ones proof
of payment were received and
verified with the bank we
will arrange delivery.

Your payment options.
Internet Transfer
This is by far the easiest method of
payment to Orion Computers cc. You can
transfer the amount for your transaction
into our
account directly. Orion Computers cc
processed the order as soon as the
payment is cleared. We bank with Nedbank
Namibia
so if you bank with another bank such as
Standard bank, FNB or Bank Windhoek the
inter-bank transfer can take 2-3 days.
If you bank with Nedbank, the transfer
will take about a day.
Please Note that it is only possible to
refund into a Namibian Bank Account when
dealing with Internet Transfers.
Cheque Deposit
Orion Computers CC accepts cheque
deposits into our bank account. Please
note that cheques take 7 working days
minimum
to clear and we can only process your
goods once the payment has cleared. For
speedy service, we recommend using an
internet transfer instead.
Account Holders
Orion Computers CC offers preferred
30-day accounts to corporate, government
and educational institutions. If you
wish to
open an account with Orion Computers cc
or for further information please
contact accounts@orionnam.com.
Cash
Orion Computers CC does not
accept cash for ONLINE
shopping. Please see our
payment methods and select
the appropriate option.

Deliveries
Can I come and collect from your
Shop?
You can collect from one of our
nationwide stores if using the online
shop but you need to specify the store
were you would like to
pickup your parcel so we can arrange for
stock if not available at that store.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will depend on your
shipping destination. All orders are
shipped with Nampost and client will
have to pay delivery
on receiving of goods.
Do you ship to Postal Boxes?
No. We only delivery to street
addresses.
How long will it take to process
my order?
Your order should be processed within 2
hours depending on
stock availability and ready for
shipping ones payment are verified.
When will my order arrive?
Your delivery should arrive within 48
Hours depending on stock availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you have received the order, you have
7 days to return the item you wish to
have refunded, on condition that it is
in its original
packaging and have not been opened and a
minimum of 15% handling charge will be
deducted. If you have not received the
order please mail

and one of our customer services team
members will assist you.
The product is faulty, what do I
do?
Email our contact centre at
ishop@orionnam.com
with the following:
1.
Your relevant order no. and product
pertaining to that order that is faulty.
2.
A collection and delivery address.
3.
Preferably 2 contact telephone no’s and
if possible a contact telephone no. of a
relative that can be contacted if you
are not available.
4.
A brief fault report of the product.
Our technical department will then send
the item to the relevant supplier to be
repaired and keep you updated as
regularly as possible
until your repaired item is dispatched
to you. Please note that all warrantees
are carried by the supplier.
N.B. We do not accept item/s sent in for
repairs that are physically damaged as
per the terms and conditions of our
suppliers.
My delivery arrived damaged, what
do I do?
Simply email our contact centre at
ishop@orionnam.com
with:
1.
Your relevant order no. and the product
pertaining to that order that has been
damaged.
2.
A collection and delivery address.
3.
Preferably 2 contact telephone no’s and
if possible a contact telephone no. of a
relative that can be contacted if you
are not available.
The technical department will then
evaluate the damage of the item and
should it need to be replaced, a new
order will be placed for the
replacement item which would take
approximately 5-7 working days.
Please note that all new orders placed
for any item/s are dependent on stock
availability.
Warranty and Returns Policy
1) Orion Computers cc can only
extend the warranty provided by the
manufacturer of the item.
2) If an item stops working from
normal use contact us to arrange the
return of the item.
